Being a Swanson means more than just a name—it means being a legacy builder, a wealth creator, and a community leader. I was raised in a family of activists, organizers, educators, and entrepreneurs, and from a young age, I understood the power of village-building.
I remember being just 10 years old, watching my grandmother be the pillar of our community—someone people could turn to, learn from, and grow with. She taught me that when we pour into our people, we ALL rise together.
That’s why I founded Swanson Family Academy—to continue the work of educating, uplifting, and protecting our families. Our village is strong, and we are creating generational wealth, knowledge, and power.
💡 Now, I want to hear from YOU! 💡

I’ve been taking time to process the grief of my best friend’s transition into the afterlife. I am deeply grateful for the beautiful, fulfilling life and friendship we shared. This loss has been weighing heavily on me, to the point where I’ve felt the effects of depression. Still, I’m pressing forward with faith and hope—while also honoring the truth that this, too, is part of the journey.
Some have offered advice like, “death is inevitable,” but in reality, life is inevitable. Her transition marks the beginning of life beyond this earthly realm. Embracing this perspective has helped me accept her ascension, yet the pain of separation still lingers and must run its course here.
Through this experience, I’m learning more about myself—how to grieve, how to navigate depression, and how to keep moving forward. If you feel the need to share your emotions, know that this is a safe space.

Good Morning
Be encouraged in today that with the current events in our society we must unite and pool resources to support, strengthen, and engage each other for the simple needs of the village.
So if you have anything you want to donate, need, service you can provide, or resources you can share please feel free to drop the source in the chat! Things may get ruff before it gets better but WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER IN NUMBERS AND IN STRENGTH!!
